Four super-quick and easy snack for a shortbreak
1/ EAT CLEAN Yogurt
2 packs of unsweeten yogurt
3 cherries
½ banana
½ kiwi
3 Daily nuts Lafooco 25g
20 g Coconut Chip
2 g chocolate powder
- Preparation:
1. Cleanse the fruits in 0.05% salted water, then rinse well and chop into small pieces.
2. Pour the yogurt into a large bowl, then put fruit pieces, daily nuts on top, finally sprinkle the chocolate powder.
2/ Nutty Fruity Salad
- Ingredients:
1 medium apple
1 kiwi
1 1/2 banana
2 peaches
100g LAFOOCO unsalted mixed nuts
20g chocolate bar
- Preparation:
1. Cleanse the fruits in 0.05% salted water, then rinse well and chop into small pieces
2. Melt the chocolate bar completely. Don't cover the liquid with a lid to avoid steam dropping into the liquid.
3. Mix all the fruits well, sprinkle mix nuts on the top then melted chocolate for finishing.
3/ Nutty Fruity Oat Porridge
- Ingredients:
35g Quaker Oats
250ml unsweeten almond milk
20g unsalted cashews Lafooco
20g roasted macadamia Lafooco
20g unsalted almonds Lafooco
20g Coconut chips
Your choice of fruits:
3 cherries
½ banana
½ kiwi
- Preparation:
1. Slowly boil up the milk then add the oat in and whisk until the oat's fully cooked in 1-2 minutes.
2. Pour the porridge into a bowl then decorate with fruits and nuts.
4/ Fruits with Almond Chocolate
- Ingredients:
50g chocolate
25 g unsalted almonds Lafooco
Your favorite fruits: apple, peaches, cherries...
- Preparation:
1. Cleanse the fruits in 0.05% salted water, then rinse well and chop into pieces.
2. Melt the chocolate bar completely. Don't cover the liquid with a lid to avoid steam dropping into the liquid.
3. Coarsly ground almond into small pieces.
4. Top up the plate with fruit and spinkles almond onto the chocolate sauce for dipping
