- For the form of delivery, receiving money at home: If you find counterfeit goods, defective goods, expired, not guaranteed of quality or damaged due to transportation, ... Please do not receive goods, no money is paid to the delivery staff.
- For online payment: If you find counterfeit goods, defective goods, expired, not guaranteed of quality or damaged due to transportation, ... Please do not receive the goods. We will re-check the problem-handling information for customers. In case of product defects provided by LAFOOCO, we will send back to customers from 2-3 working days. If the customer no longer needs to use the product, we will refund 100% of the amount transferred by the customer after 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays).
